Ear Cleanser liquid for cleaning and caring for the ears of dogs and cats contains:

Allantoin – a biologically active substance, soothing and regenerating, with dissolving properties.

Glycerin – a strongly moisturizing substance that penetrates the stratum corneum of the epidermis.

Lactic acid – a moisturizing substance that facilitates the exfoliation of dead skin.

Hyaluronic acid – an ingredient that binds water on the surface of the epidermis, maintaining natural hydration.

How to use:

  1. Deflect the outer pinna of the animal’s ear. 
  2. Apply Ear Cleanser ear rinse inside .
  3. Gently massage the base of the pinna.
  4. Use cotton wool or gauze to collect excess earwax.

ATTENTION: do not use cotton buds to clean the ears of dogs and cats! Animals’ ear canals have a different structure than human ear canals, and you can damage them.

Area 2 includes Gharghur, GMangia, Gzira, Msida, Pieta, Sliema, Ta Xbiex, Bahar Ic_Caghaq, Burmarrad, Manikata, Mgarr, St Pauls Bay, Qawra, Xemxija, Mellieha, Attard, Balzan, Birkirkara, Iklin, Lija, Mosta, Mriehel, Naxxar, Floriana, Hamrun, Qormi, St Venera, Valletta, Rabat, Bahrija, Bidnija, Birguma, Dingli, Mtarfa, and Imdina. We offer free delivery for orders over 45 euros to these areas.

Area 3 includes Birgu, Bormla, Isla, Birzebbugia, Cospicua, Fgura, Ghaxaq, Gudja, Hal, Far, Kalkara, Kirkop, Luqa, Marsa, Marsascala, Marsaxlokk, Mqabba, Paola, Qrendi, Safi, Senglea, St, Lucija, Tarxien, Xaghjra, Zabbar, Zebbug, Zejtun, Zurrieq, and Siggiewi. Free delivery is available on orders over 45 euros for this area as well.

Lastly, Area 4 covers Gozo. A delivery fee of 6 euros is applicable for all orders in this area, regardless of the order value.

Exchange or Returns

General Return Policy:

1. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
2. You must have the original receipt.
3. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies.
