  • FEED CHANGE

    We recommend a gentle change in food for your cat to help prevent indigestion. Generally, a change takes about 7 days, but it is always important to watch your cat to see if you are getting the food change.
    In the beginning, you should mix the new food in small quantities with the familiar food – we recommend a ratio of 25% new food to 75% known food. After that, you should always add a little more of the new food over a period of about 7 days until the old food is completely replaced.We recommend a ratio of 25% new food to 75% old food in the first few days. If your cat is doing well, you can adjust the ratio of 50% new food to 50% old food around the 4th day. Approximately on the 6th day, increase the ratio to 75% new food to 25% old food. On day 7 or 8, you can feed the new food completely if your cat continues to do well and accepts the new food.In addition, we recommend that you maintain your feeding habits, such as feeding times and locations, during the feeding change. Our delivery system is divided into four areas, each with its specific terms:

Area 2 includes Gharghur, GMangia, Gzira, Msida, Pieta, Sliema, Ta Xbiex, Bahar Ic_Caghaq, Burmarrad, Manikata, Mgarr, St Pauls Bay, Qawra, Xemxija, Mellieha, Attard, Balzan, Birkirkara, Iklin, Lija, Mosta, Mriehel, Naxxar, Floriana, Hamrun, Qormi, St Venera, Valletta, Rabat, Bahrija, Bidnija, Birguma, Dingli, Mtarfa, and Imdina. We offer free delivery for orders over 45 euros to these areas.

Area 3 includes Birgu, Bormla, Isla, Birzebbugia, Cospicua, Fgura, Ghaxaq, Gudja, Hal, Far, Kalkara, Kirkop, Luqa, Marsa, Marsascala, Marsaxlokk, Mqabba, Paola, Qrendi, Safi, Senglea, St, Lucija, Tarxien, Xaghjra, Zabbar, Zebbug, Zejtun, Zurrieq, and Siggiewi. Free delivery is available on orders over 45 euros for this area as well.

Lastly, Area 4 covers Gozo. A delivery fee of 6 euros is applicable for all orders in this area, regardless of the order value.

Exchange or Returns
