Ingredients and their activity
Chlorhexidine – The presence of this active substance is extremely important and forms the basis of the operation of this product.
Panthenol – has a regenerative effect, alleviates possible skin damage and heals them
Glycerin – has an effect on the speed of drying and loss of moisture from the hair itself and the surface of the skin.
Specialist shampoo should be used in case of problematic skin, in case of dermal problems on the surface of the skin and in case of bacterial and fungal infections.

Use a Specialist shampoo
Before using the shampoo, wet the hair well and apply the shampoo and massage it into the skin. Massage the sconce so that it foams well – as a result you will achieve a good cleansing effect.

Area 2 includes Gharghur, GMangia, Gzira, Msida, Pieta, Sliema, Ta Xbiex, Bahar Ic_Caghaq, Burmarrad, Manikata, Mgarr, St Pauls Bay, Qawra, Xemxija, Mellieha, Attard, Balzan, Birkirkara, Iklin, Lija, Mosta, Mriehel, Naxxar, Floriana, Hamrun, Qormi, St Venera, Valletta, Rabat, Bahrija, Bidnija, Birguma, Dingli, Mtarfa, and Imdina. We offer free delivery for orders over 45 euros to these areas.
Area 3 includes Birgu, Bormla, Isla, Birzebbugia, Cospicua, Fgura, Ghaxaq, Gudja, Hal, Far, Kalkara, Kirkop, Luqa, Marsa, Marsascala, Marsaxlokk, Mqabba, Paola, Qrendi, Safi, Senglea, St, Lucija, Tarxien, Xaghjra, Zabbar, Zebbug, Zejtun, Zurrieq, and Siggiewi. Free delivery is available on orders over 45 euros for this area as well.
Lastly, Area 4 covers Gozo. A delivery fee of 6 euros is applicable for all orders in this area, regardless of the order value.

Exchange or Returns
General Return Policy:
1. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
2. You must have the original receipt.
3. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for pet food. All pet food sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.
Return Process:
